ALL teams wishing to play in bowl games must have permission prior to playing, this includes teams traveling outside the Mid-South Region to bowl games. Mitey-Mite teams are only permitted to play one (1) post season game within their league/conference and must also have permission prior to playing.

Deadline to request permission to travel or play in a bowl game is October 31, 2008. Form must be typed, filled out completely and submitted to me by the deadline date with Association and League approval. Mail one form for each football team requesting permission to travel or play in a bowl game. Upon receipt of form, the request will be approved or denied and a reply by e-mail will be made to the contact person listed on the form, with a copy going to the Association and League contacts.

If you are hosting a bowl game the BOWL GAME HOSTING REPORT must be mailed or faxed to me no later than 15 calendar days after the event. Click on Region Forms for the host report form. Report must be typed, listing scores and all teams that played in the bowl. Also include general information about your bowl, problems you may have had and by all means please share the good things. Upon receipt of form, I will e-mail the bowl contact person that I received the report. Fax number: 480-393-4446.
